Upcoming Sound Baths
Sound Bath at the InHale Yoga Studio, Sunday 31st October 2021, 3:00pm-4:30pm
Experience a relaxing journey of creative visualisation through meditation, mantra and sound. Lie back, close your eyes and soak in the beautiful healing sounds to calm the mind, relax the body and connect with Spirit.
Commencing with guided breath work visualisation, followed by a sound bath featuring the healing sounds from handmade Himalayan singing bowls, vegan-friendly shamanic frame drum, and other sacred sound instruments.
Book your place:
Spaces are limited so booking is essential. To book your place, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. I will then provide you with payment details.
All bookings are non-refundable. If you find that you cannot attend, you can transfer your booking to a friend.
What you need to bring to the sound bath:
Yoga mat and water (you may also wish to bring along a pillow and blanket as you will be lying down for the duration of the sound bath).
Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.
Contraindications for sound baths
Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for:
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. (If you are in the second or third trimester, it is safe to attend sound baths, but please let me know.)
• Anyone with a pacemaker, stent, mechanical shunt, or any other metal implants in your body (with the exception of tooth fillings).
• Anyone with a sound sensitive condition (such as sound-triggered epilepsy).
• Children under the age of 10 years.
